February 15, 2019 Each year the Community Associations Institute (CAI) Orange County Chapter recognizes an outstanding individual who has been instrumental in the success of the organization. CAI Orange County’s most prestigious award is named after May Russell, a former Irvine Company Executive, who helped found CAI and was its first president. Recipients of this award were first announced in 1988 at the Chapter’s very first awards dinner and is presented to an individual who has provided exemplary leadership and demonstrated the ideals and objectives of CAI through active participation at the local, regional and/or national level. This year, on February 9, 2019, Michael Berg, MBA, CIRMS, CMCA was given this amazing distinction. We are so proud of Michael and of all he does to make the community association industry in California and internationally, a better place to work, play and live!
