Michael Berg, MBA, CIRMS, CMCA, EBP – Owner – has been a licensed insurance agent and member of the Berg Insurance Agency since 1999. After receiving his degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Michael worked for a local geotechnical firm as a Staff Geologist before joining the agency. Michael has since graduated with honors from Chapman University where he received his Master of Business Administration. He is very active in CAI and CACM and served on the CAI Orange County Chapter board for six years (CAI-OC Chapter President 2016; May Russel Award Winner 2018; Author of the Year 2022). He prides himself on providing service above and beyond what is typically expected, writing articles for newsletters and attending membership meetings to answer questions and educate the memberships. Kimberly Lilley, CIRMS, CMCA, EBP – Director of Business Development- a UCLA grad, comes from a background in both claims and insurance sales. Her goal is to make the lives of Community Managers and Homeowner Leaders easier by providing extensive insurance education. She is very active in CAI and CACM, serving on committees, writing articles for publications, teaching seminars and planning events. She is also very active on the legislative front serving as an Emeritus Delegate and Chairing CAI-CLAC’s Insurance Task Force. Some of the Industry awards she has received: CAI-GRIE’s Rising Star Award (2007); CAI San Diego Member of the Year (2008); CAI San Diego Committee Chair of the Year (2009), CAI-OC Outstanding Service Award (2010); CAI-GRIE Committee Member of the Year (2010); CAI-OC Committee of the Year (Chair) (2011); CAI-CLAC Chair’s Choice (2013); CAI-GLAC Chapter Appreciation (2014); CAI-GRIE Committee Chair of the Year (2015). Kimberly was inducted into the CAI-GRIE Hall of Fame in 2016 and was honored to become the youngest Emeritus Member of CAI-CLAC in 2017, and was named their Volunteer of the Year in 2020. Terri Guest, CIRMS, CMCA, EBP – Senior Sales & Marketing Representative – Represents Northern California for Berg Insurance Agency. She has been working with community associations since 2003, with four years in management and the rest as an insurance agent. She is a strong supporter of CAI serving on the Board of Directors as well as committees for the Bay/Cen Chapter. Her goal is to help managers and board members understand insurance, both legally and logically and is happy to provide education by speaking at a luncheon, writing a newsletter article or just answering a phone call. A graduate of Santa Clara University, Terri was born and raised in the Bay Area.
