Michael Berg, MBA, CIRMS, CMCA – CEO and President – has been a licensed insurance agent and member of the Berg Insurance Agency since 1999. After receiving his degree in Earth Sciences from the University of California, Santa Cruz, Michael worked for a local geotechnical firm as a Staff Geologist before joining the agency. Michael has since graduated with honors from Chapman University where he received his Master of Business Administration. During his 39 years, the agency became an integral part of the South Orange County insurance community. In 1985, the focus in the agency became providing insurance to Homeowner Associations. Jim joined the Community Associations Institute (CAI) and has served on a number of committees, as well as remaining active in the California Association of Community Managers (CACM).
